Smashing Pumpkins front man and Alt Rock Royalty, Billy Corgan, is ready to move on from his Beverly Hills Post Office estate. According to Variety, Corgan bought the lush, very private estate via trust back in 2009. The 3,267-square-foot main house sits on a private road, and holds four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Wood floors run throughout the house, which includes a library, a dining room, and a large kitchen with a central island. (There's also a detached, two-bedroom guest house in the yard.) Corgan bought the .78-acre property about six years ago for $3.85 million and is now selling it for $4.95 million.
