Best 4th of July Fireworks in Los Angeles

4th of July is one of the best holidays of the year and Los Angeles has a variety of places to enjoy fireworks with friends and family.  Here is our top 5 list for 2015.

1. Rose Bowl - Americafest

The Rose Bowl hosts the biggest firework show in SoCal for Independence Day. Fireworks start at 9 pm. There are other activities to enjoy including motorcycle stunt performances and music from Elvis and Beatles tribute bands. After the fireworks show, a screening of Despicable Me 2 will be shown. Admission is $13 for general admission and $33.35 for reserved VIP.  Click HERE for more info.

2. Hollywood Bowl

The Hollywood Bowl is the ultimate venue for concerts in LA and it will host a July 4th Fireworks Spectacular with Motown Legend, Smokey Robinson.  Show starts at 7:30pm. Ticket prices range from $21-$258 (prices subject to change).  Children under 12 years of age are half price. Click HERE for more info. 

3. Dodgers Stadium

Following the Dodgers vs Mets baseball game Saturday's show pays tribute to the U.S. Armed Forces and is presented by Cirque du Soliel's KURIOS. Fireworks are scheduled to go off at 8:45 pm directly after a performance of patriotic songs from the USO Show Troupe. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

4. Grand Park

From 3 pm to 9:30pm, Grand Park in DTLA will host a block party full of live musical performances, DJ sets from KCRW hosts, food trucks and live mural paintings. Fireworks go off from the Civic Center rooftop at 9 pm. Click HERE for more info.

5. Pacific Palisades

The eighth annual Palisades Rocks the Fourth concert at Palisades Charter H.S. promises to be bigger and better than ever. The concert offers a wide range of the finest local amateur and professional entertainment, playing popular and patriotic songs. This year’s headliner is The Westside Troubadours featuring Tom Freund, Adam Topol and Friends, who will offer an uplifting mix of originals and cover tunes in the beach rock and groove rock genres.
